Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • In approved defect or error cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items

  • Hazardous materials


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must remain unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
